Service refunds will be issued in credit for in salon services only. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right for you. We will have the stylist that served you re-shape your hair or adjust your color if necessary etc. If you would prefer a different stylist – that may be an option as well. Just contact us within ten (10) days of your service. If you have purchased a product that isn't everything you believed it should be, return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
